I have been thinking about ways to boost user engagement on our platform and I wanted to get your thoughts:. One idea I have been considering is enhancing our notification system by making it more personalized. Right now, users get generic alerts…, but what if we could tailor notifications based on their behavior or interests: ??
For instance, if a user frequently visits a particular section of our app, we could notify them when there’s new content in that area. Or, if they’re a fan of a specific feature, we could send updates when there are relevant enhancements or tips.:
I believe this could make our communication feel more relevant and less intrusive, leading to higher engagement and user satisfaction. However, I am curious about potential downsides, like the risk of overwhelming users with too many notifications.
What do you all think: ?? Has anyone tried something similar, or do you have suggestions on how to implement this effectively without crossing the line into spammy territory: ??
